I loved every single tax course Prof. Kovach teaches. He is straight forwards and teaches you the rules you need to know. His exams are based directly on class problems. Its too bad he is retiring.

The course material was not that hard. If you pay attention in class you will have no trouble on teh exam. Dry sense of humor, which I like; likes to joke about the family.

If you pay attention instead of playing solitaire, this class is easy. Professor Kovach is a great teacher who cuts through all the bull****. So he tells a few stories about his kids, he is still awesome.
