Best prof I've had at the GTU. She is engaging and interesting and brings a lot of varied voices into the conversation. She demands a lot of work, but she is available for whatever assistance you need. She loves to teach, and it shows.

Outstanding professor. Her classes are not easy - she makes us think. Requires a lot of reading. It's nice to actually have to work for grades! I didn't always agree with her, but she respected that. The comment about being anti-Jewish is nonsense.

Comment:
Perhaps the best theology professor I've had, Dr. Grau assigns a lot of interesting readings, keeps the classroom engaged and energetic, and utilizes a sharp mind. She brings a multitude of contemporary hermeneutics into play. (One rater said Grau is "dangerous" for the church. If critical thinking is dangerous, then bring on the danger.)

Comment:
Great teacher, very interested in students, and also very aware of the different cultural understandings of God and theology. Emphasis on reading many non-white voices and constructing theologies that include varying points of view. All of the readings were relevant and papers were graded fairly. She was available to help with papers also.
