FAVORITE TEACHER EVER! Not even a business major, but took the class for fun. 2 tests, 1 group project/paper, and a final. Project was a lot of work, but tests (all multiple choice and some short response) come straight from the notes he gives us in class. DO NOT BUY THE TEXTBOOK! Did not use it once and still got an A...notes are all you need

Ligas was such a great professor. Every class was interesting. He related his examples to things that were current and we all knew. Gives no homework just 2 tests/final and project at the end which isnt bad. Not easy A tests are tricky but study get an A.

LIGAS IS THE MAN! He is very good at teaching while still keeping the class light and fun. He has fun stories for all the material, and was super helpful when I declared my marketing minor

My favorite Professor yet! He makes marketing sooo much more interesting with his little anecdotes and stories, yet you still leave his class feeling like you learned something. Im soo happy i took his class! i would DEFINITELY recommend him! PS, the final is NOT cummulative, which is definitely less pressure!

Ligas is awesome. His tests aren't a giveaway but he's so funny and makes getting up at 9:30 AM totally worth it. He's also one of the most helpful professors ever. Definitely take his class!

Ligas is a funny guy and makes class interesting. He knows his stuff. His paper can be a bit of a pain in the ass, especially since it is a group assignment. Tests are difficult. Don't buy the text book, we never used it.

Participation and attendance are not mandatory but going to class and taking notes is the key to getting a good grade. Using the book will supplement the class notes but is not completely necessary. Tests are somewhat tricky with the wording but overall not bad. Huge presentation at the end that is worth roughly 50% of total grade, but isnt bad.

hes such a great guy, one of the nicest teachers i have ever had. wants everyone to do well. no homework, just keep up with material and study for tests because they can be tricky. also gives one project that looks difficult but its really not bad at all. hes funny too, i recommend his class.

Someone needs to rate this guy down a little, he's not as wonderful as this site makes him look. Hes young and nice, but the material can be boring. The tests are tricky and he is picky with the project. One person slept through almost every class and got the same participation grade as I did, which is completely unfair.

Awesome person. I took MK101 with him. His tests can be tricky but doable. But Prof. Ligas is one of the best professors you can get in this school, regardless of department. You will learn and enjoy the class at the same time.

Awesome teacher, always energetic and funny. He really knows his stuff and keeps your attention with funny stories and jokes. Not a pushover for tests, but if you pay attention and do a decent amount of studying, you'll do well. He's one of the best professors i've had at Fairfield.

Had him for Marketing Research. Really funny guy who sympathizes with the woes of Seniors, and will go out of his way to make sure you understand the material. Meet with him in his office and check out the autographed picture of Wrestling CEO Vince McMahon!

Dr Ligas is an awesome professor, but his class is no push over. The midterm is challenging, study hard and make sure you understand the concepts...the test is an inclass test, no open notes. The project is a lot of work, but at the end you realize you've learned alot. He's also young and energetic, I imagine he's a regular at Starbucks.

A very good teacher. Keeps class entertaining. Asks a lot of his students, but students get a lot out of him too. Knows subject matter very well. Very nice man. The kind of prof you'd invite to Archie's for wings!
