Comment:

Do you want to do barely any work and get a 95%+ in Introduction to Business? This is the class for you. Ms. Laham is a super cool teacher who is passionate in what she does. There are barely any assignments and when there are, they're all super easy. I really recommend this for anyone who is trying to get an A in this class.

Comment:

Prof. Laham is very caring and knows her stuff too well given that she has been in the business industry for a long time. Her class is graded by the online Homeworks (which is fun) and a group project. All in all, her class is easy as long as you participate in class and do the homeworks. Take note that there will be a lot of group activities.

Good teacher if you just want to pass. Lectures are a little boring somedays but overall not a bad teacher. It would be difficult not to get an A.

Incredibly easy class, I personally spent an hour every 2 weeks and managed to get a 98%. You do not need to read the book until you take the final exam, and even then you can get a C on the final without reading the book at all. Toolwire simulations were tedious at times, and the discussions were very simple.

Just aim for 100% on the simulations (which are super easy) and you have a guarenteed A for the semester. She's also very clear with grading criteria and lets you out early.

Online class consisted of small discussions (around 250 words), business simulation games, and readings due about every two weeks. She gives excellent feedback and responds to emails quickly. Strict no late/makeups policy, but she gives you plenty of time and sends multiple reminders. Honestly, If you missed something it was you're fault.

5 discussion posts, 1 powerpoint, 1 midterm and one final. The test can't be made up and they count for almost half of grade. They are multiple choice and open book with plenty of time to take them. If you want to actually learn something read the text book that is required. Teacher grades quickly and gives decent feedback. Pretty easy class.

I looovvveee Prof. Laham! Shes hands down the best teacher at DVC. Ive taken 3 classes with her total, 2 werent even going towards my major. I honestly took them out of enthusiasm to attend her classes again and learn more about business. She only has 1 exam at the end of the sem. homework is online and expect at least 1 group project.

Super understanding teacher and super easy class. You can actually learn a lot too if you take the assignments seriously and don't try to just coast through them, which you can do if need be. The final was quite easy as well, three hours for fifty questions. Probably one of the easiest classes I've taken and I'm definitely not going to complain.

Mrs. Laham was a fantastic teacher. First of all she is the most fab teacher at DVC and has the personality to back it up. The class is not hard, just pay attention and do the work. I will DEFINITELY take her in the future if I need to.

Ms. Laham is a well respected instructor and a pleasure to be a student of. She has amazing insight, provides immediate feedback to assignments, and allows students to really enjoy the course material with fun online interactive game quizzes that make you want to keep going! These are tools that you will apply on the job in the business world! )

I really enjoyed her online BUSMK255 class. Its easy and fun. She gives feedback for all assignments. Also I liked doing the power point presentation because it was fun. I only used the book twice; for the midterm and final exam. I'd recommend renting it from Amazon, only about $20-$30 on there. A lot of student interaction on the discussion board.

Great teacher. Fun group project. Basically just analyzing ads and discussing current events in terms of business and marketing. You get out of the class what you put into it. 3 essays midterm final. all open book. you never use the book. just borrow it from the business computer lab when it is time for test. great teacher and well respected.

Professor Laham is very clear with expectations from the start of the class. She gives you all the tools necessary to make sure you succeed with all the assignments.. Very easy to get a hold of when you need her help. She keeps up with technology and shows professionalism in the subject. Great professor, highly recommend!

Awesome way to hold a class. I love the discussion posts and the interaction between the class. It makes the learning experience much more enjoyable. Awesome job prof! Discussion post every week which if you do it thoroughly you will get an A, 1 midterm and a final.

Ive never had an online teacher that was so great! She was very clear in what she wanted and gave great feedback for the discussions. An easy class & a great organized teacher.

You choose your group partners, so choose wisely. It may seem easy to have an open book test but it isn't and especially if you failed to show up for class. She calls roll all the time. You won't escape class early, either, so drink coffee. She doesn't feel that great physically but she'll always be there for every class and will help if asked.
