I had Dr. Stankey for 2 undergrad classes and one masters level class. Each class was ver hands on. The advertising classes were 2 of my favorites! I would definitely recommend taking at least one of his courses!

Stankey is different from almost every other professor at UE. The class is very hands on with lots of feedback. He gives a fair amount of work, but gives you time to complete it with almost daily feedback. Highly recommended.

Comment:
Dr. Stankey is the type of teacher who helps you to learn by having you actually perform projects that relate directly to the topic at hand. In the two semesters of Advertising that I had from him in the late 90s, he was excellent at helping me learn the various concepts of advertising both through typical classroom teaching as well as through having the class create various ad campaigns of our own. Dr. Stankey was always someone that I could talk to with ease, and I'm glad I had his Advertising classes.

I LOVE THIS MAN! He's hot, and gets everyone excited about doing their work. He has some really awesome teaching methods~ different from any professor I've ever had. Get in his class, even if you aren't in the mass comm or advertising majors. Just meet the man for the fun of it!
