He cares about his students and has some interesting personal stories he relates to the lesson material. The tests are over the book. You could never go to class and still ace them. However, the in-class group projects were helpful. A good prof, but a tad patronizing at times.

Oh..wow..I'm surprised about what some people said below. I thought Dr. Wiese was THE BEST PROF I'VE EVER HAD. I think he is an amazing person who is so funny and so intellegent. I loved this class, and I KNOW that I came out of it actually learning something, but still actually liking it. ROCKS MY SOCKS! Take him!!! He's great!

He's such a refreshing professor. I have never seen someone so enthusiastic about teaching, it almost makes me want to teach as well.
