Comment:

This man was one of the few truly exceptional faculty at Kent State. He made me work hard but was always willing to help, no matter what. Anyone who has had the chance to take a class from him should get down on their knees and give thanks.

Comment:

Harvey is VERY hard to understand, he has a very strong accent and it sounds like he is mumbling. I went to every class and struggled. His tests are very hard and he puts information that is not in the notes and even in the book. However, he does let you retake the tests, but it didn't help me much. Try and get another prof. if you can!!

Big harvey isnt bad. he's a cool guy. His class is long and boring. on average i take 5-10 pages of notes per class. his grading is awesome. he drops lowest grade, curves tests, and gives retakes. he also gives extra credit for attendance

Prepare for your hands to fall off! There are so many notes to take in this class, and a lot of what he says is not in the book. The test material is crazy, not what you would have expected. The material is good to know, but I wouldn't take this class if you didn't have to.

Comment:

Milton E. Harvey is a grumpy old man, with a hard accent to understand. His tests are average and multiple choice though. The reading load is average, but his class is very boring. You have to go though because he gets behind on the material and after 1 week the sylubus was USELESS. His grading is fair however and he will drop your lowest score.

again accent is hard to understand but the class is not too bad. You need to go to class though because alot of his notes aren't in the book and they are on the exams. Really easy class and grading. You can re take every exam if you want, takes the best score and drops one exam... what else can you ask for?
