Any professor who can keep you excited and interested in statistics for two-and-a-half hours a night, four nights a week, is excellent! Dr. Nardo is crystal-clear in his classroom lectures, and is helpful and responsive to questions, be it during class or via email. He is passionate about the material,you will learn so much. Best math teacher ever!

Great ideas is a horrible pain in the ass but if you follow his instructions PRECISELY you'll be fine. He's also incredibly nice and if you have any trouble...making the effort to go and talk to him about it really makes a difference in your class performance.

Very helpful only if you make the effort to get it. Get off your ass and email/visit him during office hours. He does notice that kind of stuff. Even if you don't like him, pretend you do and make nice. Teaches very well though. He is very thorough in his explainations, and if you have a question about it, he will be more than happy to answer it. Take him only if you are interested in learning the material (which you should), not if you want an easy A.

The attendance policy is strict, but really, it's not that bad. He's a funny guy, and his class is pretty easy. He's always available outside of class if you need help, and willing to do anything to help you achieve the grade you want.

First of all...the class is a joke(thats CORE for yah). He is definitely straightforward/ clear about exactly what he wants from you...making it easy to get an A if you pay attention. His attendance policy is the most ridiculous thing ever. Its so stupid and pointless. STudents can take care of their own responsibility. We're in college damnit.

If you miss more than a single class, he'll dock you points on your final grade. He is a good teacher, with high attention to detail. He is the kind of guy that takes off points for spelling your name wrong though. Be very careful, check all your work, see him in office hours, and you'll be ok.
