I went to ledyard high school and participated in Eastern Regional Choir for the 2011 and 2012 shows. He conducted out choir in 2011 and he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with the choral music and there was not a moment that the chorus was not having a blast that entire rehearsal. Would love to work with him again.

Comment:

Didn't take any class with PB, but sung under him in E.CT Chorus in '94-95. (Too bad I had to move out of state). Superb conductor, fun, helpful, caring, patient, makes you love subject and ensures everyone learns the music. I'll never forget his influence on me despite short exposure. In a class of his own! Thank you Dr. Bagley.

Dr. Peter Bagley was my conductor in the Alabama All-State SATB Chorus in 2006. I love him soooo much. He is such a wonderful person and is very tough. I loved working hard under his direction. I hope that he will continue to teach and inspire others the way he has inspired me as a vocalist.

Too bad Dr. Bagley isn't teaching undergrad next year (hes still in the grad chorus), he was a great guy and a pleasure to get to know. You do have to work hard, but if youre not willing to work hard to improve your singing why take a singing class in the first place?

I left UConn in 1988, and I still have VERY fond memories of Dr. Bagley. He instilled the willingness to LISTEN and learn, in me, and I will carry that with me to this day. The BEST teacher I have ever had.
