Honestly one of the most clueless people I've encountered... Maybe it's because it is a newish course but there's a lot of "Well the sheet says I have to get you guys to do bla bla bla" so just be prepared for nonsense. However, if you are good at english this class is easy credits for all you science people

Prof is not easy to understand and he is not helpful when questioned, it is like his main point in any answer is that he is smarter than me and he works harder than me and I am insignificant, even when all I wanted to know is the definition of some notation. I would avoid him, but I need to learn.

Complete mess of a class. Topics are in-cohesive. Notes are riddled with errors. Assignments are terrible. Instructor has so much unwarranted arrogance.

I have been taking university classes for seven years and this is one of the worst teachers I have ever seen. Most of the students know the material already, but he still makes the work insanely hard while teaching us nothing.

Lectures are useless. Too many mistakes. Don't take this course unless you want to learn the subject by yourself by reading. And then I have no idea how we will be evaluated or what is expected of us.

OK guy. Not recommend unless good high-school science, esp. phys 11/12. Not much math, but densely compact equations are tough. Lectures moderately hard, notes/slides very. 4 assignments, 1 final. Assigns not easy, but plenty of time. This is the hardest science for Arts science-requirement. Notes and slides are public, so have a peek and decide.

Confusing class taught by a confused teacher. Has no realistic idea of what students need to know. Teaches above our heads, where he feels he has to explain all of those things that he doesn't understand himself. Avoid this course.

Professor Stamp seem either unable or unwilling to present material at the level of detail and rigor that would be useful to most students. His curriculum is a hodgepodge of topics, and be warned, be prepared to learn those topics entirely on your own, the lectures will not help you, they will only confuse.

Very poor teaching method. Class dealt with methods that are never used in the work force. Notes were similar to those found in second year grad school courses. Essentially learned the course on my own. Avoid prof at all costs. Fourier Transform this...

He is too clueless to know that his students don't already have math or physics degrees. He teaches as if he is talking to experts and is unable to percieve, amazingly, that nobody as a clue what he's talking about. Move heaven and earth to avoid him. I hate him. Worst prof I could imagine.

Without a doubt theWORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD!! Very lazy, never did anything, often showed up late for class, or not at all. Had absolutley no idea about the math and physics background of the students in the class. Notes were incoherent. I wish they had a negative infinity rating.

Gave us insane amounts of photocopied notes where he assumes we know way more than we do. Often his assignments were purposely based on material we didn't know and he wanted us to learn on our own.
