I've learned so much in this class, because of this professor. It's been a couple of years since I've looked forward to going to a class. He is hilarious! Even if you don't need the language requirement, I highly recommend taking him!

He was an amazing professor. I really did not learn anything in the four years that I took french in high school, but with him teaching really made me understand the material. I really encourage everyone to take him. He will really make you have fun with french!

I only had him for 2 weeks before passing to a higher level, but he was incredible! Hilarious! Always talking about funny things, and a lot of sex jokes but not in a demeaning way at all. Lighthearted good guy, and he remembered me when I registered.

Dr. Mann made French interesting. He has a great sense of humor and seems to enjoy teaching. He knows much about the French culture, which is an important thing to cover. Being a Dean, he only teaches one class a year, so you're lucky if you get him!

One of the best teachers ever in regards to knowledge of the material and ability to relay that knowledge to his students in an interesting way....not that easy for a teacher.
