Rick is a fantastic professor if you are looking for a rather nontraditional experience. I took his ITW Inventing Our Own Way and loved it. He is always there for his students and makes the class fun and interesting. The work load is easy and he is a easy grader on group projects, and average on your final ITW paper. He is my favorite professor!

Easily the best professor at Keene State College. The things this man says are mind blowing. I don't even know if he's human. He is so smart and knows so much about life and the flow of it. I would highly recommend any class with him because he potentially will change your life.

One of the most interesting teachers i have ever had at Keene State College. Does not really have a strict class schedule, but considering everything relates back to the class he pretty much covers every topic possible! if you have to take a 8am take this class cause its the only 8am that i wouldnt go back to bed after! missed 5 classes got an A/B

Took Peak Oil with Rhetoric. The material was easy to understand and the class was about renewable resources so we were learning something that we would always have knowledge of. I strongly suggest taking a class with him. He's a great guy and will get you on the right track!!!

I have rick at 8 am on monday and wednesday mornings, usually it would be the hardest to get up to get there but he makes it worth it. I have learned more about life in his class then I ever have in a class and he helped me figure out what I want to do with my life. If that isn't what teachers are supposed to do then I should change my major.

Rick is one of the weirdest people I've ever met, but I can only give him the highest praise as a professor. He's a wonderful guy, really nice, really laid back. He assigns group projects almost every weekend, but they're easy and you can finish them within an hour max. I would definitely take a class with him again.

He is the most interesting man I have ever met. He loves life, and belive it or not you are learning in his class, he is vague at first but dont' worry all that he is trying to accomplish comes through perfectly at the end. He is very smart and I think his grading strategy looks at the individual and thier abilitis not there test taking skills.:)

I have taken at least three different classes with this professor. Honestly is you want to sit in class and actually want to hear what your professor is saying take him, brillant and bold. He is also very experienced (military, yale, old) Try out one of his classes, you wont regret it

Wow, its an easy A, he never takes attendance...you can sleep through this class and he will be to stoned to notice. Not clear on projects or assignments, but literally anything you write is correct if you can BS it or defend it. It's probably the best kind of class to have if you have to have an 8 or 10 am class. Its an easy class. take it!
