Rob is the only first year teacher who isn't terrible. Genuine and knows the material he's teaching. Very note heavy, you'll want to write everything down it's all going to be tested. It's all very useful and applicable information. The reason I didn't drop out. Has dad joke humor and makes jokes that border on threatening but still funny mostly.

Robb is amazing. He is definitely by far the best prof i've ever had. Not only he's passionate about what he does, but he also sees a purpose of everything he does. 10/10!

Without a doubt, Rob one of the best instructor i've ever had. He makes one of the hardest courses in CISA (year 1) a lot of fun. He really knows his stuff well and inspires his students to their best. He's always there for you whenever you need help on something. Awesome lectures and awesome slides (so always take LOTS of notes).

There's really not much else to add other than this: Rob Hamm's one of the best teachers at BCIT. I don't really know what Rob thinks of his colleagues, but I presume that deep down he knows a few of them are inadequate. It's a good thing CISA has him teaching the most important course. Honestly, I don't know if it's worth taking without him.

CRAM HAMM! Amazing teacher. Inspires students to WANT to work hard so they do well. Other Cisco teacher in 1st year CISA should take lessons from Rob in how to teach. Always prepared (makes his own GREAT slides - take notes), his midterms and finals are SOLELY based on the information on his powerpoints - nothing more. Can't recommend enough!

Cisco was my least favorite topic, but this was my favorite class, solely because of Rob Ham.. Excellent teacher, passionate about the material. Friendly, cool, and explains everything in a manner that makes the subject easy to understand and exciting.

He is a fun guy, is more than willing to help you out after and before class. Often stayed in on breaks to help students. He hates swearing in his class and Cisco will make you wanna swear. Skills exams are hard but I came out of that course remembering what I was taught. Thanks Rob
