Comment:

The easiest way to get a good grade is volunteering for team leader. Dr. Woods is a very nice person. Most of his class is playing leadership games and learn from those games. If you are into lectures, maybe he is not the professor for you. He sometimes cancel classes due to his health condition, please show more understanding to him and be nice.

Comment:

Professor Woods has a different teaching style. He grades you individually and in groups. You will be put into groups and are required to sit in your groups everyday. There is no specific class structure so it might be confusing about what you are doing at first but you'll get used to it.

He is so sweet and caring for his students. Students tend to take advantage of his kindness and it breaks my heart; he tries so hard to have every student pass, so if you take him and actually participate in his classes, you'll earn an easy A along with making him love his job more!

I indicated this was an easy class, but his classes aren't normally easy. This was just an odd semester. Incredible professor in terms of helping you think long-term, inspire you, develop a broader look at the world and how businesses, politics, and technology affect each other. Class might be boring at times, but overall awesome... I'd take again.

His teaching style is different, but great. We very rarely had a lecture, did in class group activities and discussions, and our final project was so easy. We had about 4 quizzes in total, individual and then group. Just go to class, he's big on participation and you get 2 excused absences. Best advice I could give is to be a team leader, easy A.

Literally my favorite professor and class out of all my undergraduate studies. His teaching approach is unique and effective. Our final exam was organizing a flash mob! During the semester, he has activities set up that pertain to real life. TAKE HIM. You will not regret it!

Comment:

Woods is an awesome teacher, but his teaching style is VERY different from other teachers'. Our class had no tests or assignments. There was just a entrepreneurial group project that you had the whole semester to complete. The assignment really forces you to get real world experiences in entrepreneurship. Highly recommended!

This teacher is soooo sweet and has very "different" methods of teaching . . on the 1st day we played team building games outside. It is a very easy class I got an A and I barely went. Some days we colored or played with toys and one day we took a nap I felt like i was in grade school . . and it was awesome!!!

You MUST volunteer to be a team leader in this class!! You can easily get an A for doing almost nothing if you're team leader. Otherwise, you will have hard time to pass or get a good grade because he uses bell curve grade in this class. Recommend to take this class if you have other hard classes. This is boring relax class!!

This was a really fun and interesting class. He managed to teach lessons through fun group activities. Really easy class. Just go to class and you'll be fine. Hardly ever used the textbook except on the midterm and final exam. Journals are a drag, but still a fun class!

He cowrote the textbook, so you can bet you'll need it for the class. It's not very interesting, nor are the discussions, but it'll make you think. The self-assessments are a drag and his WebCampus layout is a mess. I don't recommend his online class, although it is an easy A.
