Rob can be confusing and at first you'll feel overwhelmed at how much he talks. However TRUST ME if you stick with him, his class will be one of the most transformative experiences ever. His unique projects force you to think to the best of your ability and his classes give you incredible real world experience. You won't feel like you're at school

I had Robert Carr for College Writing II over at UML, and he is hands-down the best professor Ive ever had. He displays not only bubbling enthusiasm for the subject matter, but also in teaching and helping the students succeed. Each lecture he gives 100% of his attention to the students, making sure everyone is on the same page. Inspirational too.

Took him for PR and it was the best experience of my college career so far! You must put an extreme amount of effort into this course to receive a good grade, but it is worth it. This class and professor gave me an experience I will never forget. He is one of the few professors in the Comm department that knows how to prepare students for real life

Probably my favorite teacher I've ever had, Rob lifts you up to be your best and gives projects that demand you to grow and achieve the best you can. I've taken every class I can with him. The client projects are so much work, but the payoff is invaluable. These are REAL clients, there's no better way to learn than by doing. Rob inspires the best.

Easily my favorite professor ever. He has changed my life in so many ways. As a writer, i went into his class expecting it to be a breeze, but instead, he challenged me. I really fine tuned my skill, taught me to think outside the box.

Rob Carr is everything a professor should be: supportive, constructive, caring, and a great mentor. You can really tell that he loves his job. Don't take this class if you aren't a Business Major or haven't taken any business courses. In my opinion, you need experience in this type of thinking to do well in the course.

I've taken two online summer courses with Rob Carr so far. He considers these classes to be accelerated, so he expects you to do over 30 assignments in under 5 weeks. The readings are very long and you have to do in-depth analysis for each one. He doesn't give clear instruction and expects you to teach yourself the class. Would not take again.

Rob Carr, or Bobbo, or RC3 is one of my most Insane people of ever met. Rob teaches entirely with in a Capstone class format. What I mean by this is that everything you do in his class is not simulated professional work but actual client work. He will make you guys do it yourself and guide you whenever you need him. a brilliant man I trust dearly

Probably the best teacher I've had in college, maybe ever. He makes you work hard to become better at what you do. I've grown SO much in is class I can't believe it. He is a great person and will do anything to make you succeed. He pushes you to be better and is extremely inspirational to you. I try to take as many classes with him as possible.

I would take only his classes if I could haha. He really inspires everyone around him. He is infinitely supportive and he's an excellent teacher as well as friend. I cannot wait to take another class with him soon! Only people looking to slip by with mediocre and effortless work need be afraid. He will push you to be your best. Excellent person.

Such a great person. Would take his class every semester if I could. Incredibly inspiring, he really really cares about your individual career path and takes great care in helping you with that. By far the best teacher I've ever had. He is extremely helpful and worked with me to develop my writing skills. He is just an awesome guy, very intelligent and great to work with. My caveat with selecting this professor would be that he demands a lot of your time. Class attendance is mandatory, but in addendum, he assigns an excessive amount of work to be completed outside of class. He is also very challenging. However, overall, I would claim that he is a well educated and acceptable professor.

I've never had a teacher say so many words and give so little information. We were expected 2 do a huge project w/ no instruction, and he says that we're doing great, but you don't get any grades back so there's no way of knowing. Even though the class is, in his own words "Back Asswords", but doesn't do anything to fix it.

I had Rob for 5 classes during my college career. While he demands the best out of you, there is no way I would've graduated if it wasn't for Rob. He is energetic, smart, and treats everyone with the most respect I have ever seen. He can be tough, and expects hours and hours of work to be done outside class, but one of the best professors I had.
