Comment:
This professor really cares a lot about his students. The exams are really straight forward as long as you do the practice problems and understand the concepts on how to do them. The final is much more difficult, definitely study . The book is only useful for the practice problems and you can just learn from the solutions.

professor maher inspires you to learn about how things are made, structural integrity, and safety concerns. he actually cares about you functioning in society after the class. i'd be an engineering major if there werent so much math involved-- that class opened my eyes.
