Comment:

Great teacher. The presentations are fun, the group discussions are very fun - my group became really good friends and we meet for dinner once or twice a month. A lot of people dislike this class, but the lessons you learn are worth it for someone of any major. I have hard people say he grades harshly on papers, but I got a 100. Love this guy.

99% of the class is taught by students through presentations, but it's actually pretty fun. The midterm and final are made up by the class, so they can be easy or difficult depending on your class. Group work is fun and interesting, though as a math major the class wasn't really for me.

Awesome professor! Very cool and class goes by fast. I took him at night and he lets us out early. The groups were awesome! You need your book cause there is lots of reading and you definitly need to study for the tests. He gives you the worksheets to study though. I got a 99% in his class. TAKE HIM!

best professor ever! he's funny, nice, helpful, and very understanding. always get out early, and very clear on what you have to do. we have an easy paper, a midterm, and a final. i have to try in order to do bad in his class. you do group work which makes the class so much fun and go by fast. take him!!!

Class was interesting and projects were worthwhile. Definitely study your notes. Prof. Petrillo has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. I took his Word Study course (Grad level) and always left class with a smile. He even helped me to get a job interview.

Without a doubt, the coolest teacher at Rowan!!! I'm taking his class right now and there is no way I can get lower than an A. He gives you a copy of exactly what you have to study for the test. Group work is allways easy and interesting (Shout out to the Revo-o-lution my group). Sign up for every class you can take with Prof P.

A really nice guy. His class is pretty easy and goes by relatively fast. I took him late at night and we were always out at least 30 minutes early. Study for the quizzes and exams and you should be fine. He also split the class into groups which made the calass go even faster. Take him for Literacies in Today's World, you won't regret it.

A really nice guy. Took him late at night and he never kept the class more then two hours. Material is a little dry but the class goes by fast. If you study for the exams then you should have no problem. Take him for Literacies in Today's World.

He is a very friendly man. His class was pretty easy as long as you studied the notes he went over. Was kind of boring though, as he reads from the notes. I didn't open the book all semester, was a waste of 100$+. Study the notes and you'll be fine.

One of the most useful ed. courses I took. He has more of an all-business approach but knows his stuff. You'll learn a lot of practical strategies for reading in all the content areas.
