Do not take her if you want to pass the language arts section of the MTTC. I scored 5's on everything except language arts was 2. I still passed but I knew nothing about language arts. It was the biggest waste of time ever.

She has students teach her lessons after they look at the textbook for 5 minutes. I do not feel prepared at all for the MTTC in lang arts as she taught nothing. This was the biggest waste of time ever and I feel cheated by the lack of teaching on the teachers part. She leaves the room during the tests so most people cheat as she makes it to easy.

Very easy class. Almost too easy. tons of group work in class. Midterm and final are from the text so be sure to read it. Midterm is graded by you, but she still check them after. I would take her again.

She is a very sweet person, very easy going,she loves teaching and it shows. She hands out TONS of manipulatives which are very helpful (most professors don't do this!). She is a fair grader, mid-term and final are graded by you. There is a group project due at the end, very fun. She does leave the room alot, but I did learn a lot from this class.

Really easy-nuff said. And that's not a bad thing-sometimes you need ease. She does give plenty of teaching material and the group project you do at the end can be used in your future classroom.

She is in and out of the classroom so you sit there forever until you move on to the nxt assignment. Pointless class, you just draw pictures to decorate the classroom. Could have been just a 1/2 hour class instead of 3 hours...

A nice lady but....is never around during class; not clear on assignments, does not cover content completely, exams are self-graded (hence-you could fudge the score. Not good for language arts preparation.
