Comment:

Class can be boring and the MPC is not tested on the exam, it is just old bar review questions. I thought he did a good job conveying the material and liked the problems in the book since they illustrated nuisances in the law. Will take again. Not confrontational like some professors.

Comment:

I had Weaver for 3 classes and each time the experience got better. He is more comfortable with procedure and remedies than with criminal law. Don't let a bad experience in criminal (if you have to have him for that) sour you on taking him for other classes!

Apparently he's better in other subjects but avoid him at all costs for crim. law. He could make the most interesting topic boring. He speaks in a monotone and sometimes even appears to doze off himself.
