Scott has a bs in construction engineering and an ms degree in business don't expect a great engineering mind here. He has worked in the private sector as an estimator and was great at it. He is qualified to teach any estimating class. Outside of that he struggles classes he is not comfortable teaching and learning will be chalenging.

Scott is a good teacher, very helpful to student when you go to him. He also does not like his students to get bad grades and helps them with extra points for extra work. I would definitely advise you to take his class.
