Very easy class. Professor Scott is readily available to email. Test questions are taken from quizzes and notes. Quizzes can be taken twice with the higher score being recorded. Only 3 exams 50 questions each, no final.

Class was interesting and fairly easy. Prof. Scott provides a lot of detail in his docs to students. Allows for quizzes to be taken 2x w/no time limit. Provides curve at the end of the semester for those that might need an extra boost. Tests allow 3 hrs. Nice when you need to read up on a section.

I took Bankruptcy law, I thought I would hate it...but thanks to Professor Scott, I understand it. Take this class and Prof. Scott. He seems off-standing at first but he is a good teacher. You really learn the actual forms used!

This was one of the best classes I took at SPC. Professor makes the class interesting and incorporates real cases as examples. Dr. Scott was my last professor at SPC, and he makes me wish I had him as a professor sooner.

Had him for Civil Lit 1. Great teacher all around & super nice. Class was slow paced & manageable. 3 major tests, weekly hmwk assignments, NO quizes. Hmwk was explained clearly & was pretty easy. He uses ANGEL to assist teaching & gives helpful web links. Tells you what to study for tests & its accurate!! Study for tests & turn in hmwk = an A

I love Dr. Scott. He's a surfer !! How cool is that? I have him for my last semester at SPC and I'm glad. He makes it a little interesting even when the subject matter is dull. And, he is understanding while not being easy. He's good. Take his classes. You will like him.
