amazing teacher! she is very funny and authentically cares! she goes into great detail when explaining homework so if you missed something best believe it isnt her fault! she is very sweet and understands if you miss a class but attendance really does affect your grade if you choose to take her class.

I took Seemas Eng101 class online & loved it. She made the class super easy & fun & you knew all of your assignments & due dates for the whole semester on the first day of class. As long as you do all of your work on time & include everything she asks for with some effort, you'll be fine. Only thing is that she grades work super late.

Seema is passionate about what she does, and it comes through in her teaching. She puts thought and care into the assignments and is very helpful when it comes to improving work/needing extensions. She wants you to succeed and read some great stuff in the process. She's my favorite professor at Harper!

The only critic would be that I did not receive 75% of my grades until the end of the semester, so I was unsure about how well I'm doing. Also, there were no comments on my work, which would have helped me understand if/where I need to improve. I did end up getting an 'A', so I guess as long as you hand in all the work, you'll be okay.

She is the most laid-back professor by far. She is very clear about what she expects from your papers and it's not much. Yeah, she requires that you show up for class but at least she isn't boring. She is also very funny and has a great sense of humor. I would take her again as a professor in a heartbeat :)

Seema was one of the most laid back and helpful teachers I've had at Harper. The only things that seemed to matter to her were participation and showing an effort to improve. Assignments were easy, and as long as you turn them in on time you'll pass just fine. Super understanding when I needed an extension on a paper because of work, loved her!

I loved class with Seema, she made class so enjoyable and I looked forward to going to class in the summer, I wish it would have been longer! I wanted her for Eng102 as well, however, she wasn't available for 102 :( If you can, take her. Shes clear on expectation and so bubbly, and funny. Shes my favorite professor Ive had in college.

Seema is a great instructor, very energetic, understanding, great personality, easy grader and she's very helpful. No book required writing assignments was very interesting. I took Lit241 online. Really easy to do in the summer. The class met once at Harper and Seema is so funny and sweet. She really cares about her students. 1 discussion post and 2 responses due weekly. 1 midterm paper, 1 final paper. Just keep up with due dates and its an easy A. She provides all reading materials (online), no textbook!

I took my Comp 101 class and was dreading to take 102, but with Seema she completely changed my mind. She was the best teacher and always explained things thoroughly. She didn't post grades much, but she was definitely an awesome english teacher and I loved her personality.

Seema is so funny and an amazing teacher! The class consists of reading short stories and writing your opinion about them. The class was easy but a lot of work. Prepare to read your butts off! Also no textbook needed. She gives you links to all the stories you are required to read.

Very helpful and energetic teacher! I haven't taken an English course in years and she helped me get back on my feet and I can now write papers very well. She is clear with her expectations. Only down-side is that she does not post your grades or give you much feedback. Tried taking her 102 class but was not available.

Not saying shes a bad person, she is totally funny and makes class time a big ball of fun. one problem NO LEARNING. She literally doesn't even put grades in until the very end of the semester, so you can go all semester thinking you are doing fine when you are failing. She doesn't hand back papers with feed back or at all either, like what the hell

Seema is the best English teacher I have ever had! She had me laughing everyday in class. Highly recommend her!! I looked forward to coming to her class every week. Her help is wonderful when needed. Get on her good side and you will be golden!
