Text and lecture have almost no bearing on the world of English at all - a fascinating course in the wrong faculty. This course does not prepare students at all for university writing - assignments are pathetically short, as are exams.

Not recommended.Biased is perfect adjective for her. Didn't learn any writing skills from this class and she never teaches us how to write a good paragraph/essay. She talks about movie directors every class which is irrelevant to English. Textbook is more related to Art Culture than to English.
