The teacher herself is great. She was always available if I needed help wether it was online or in person. The class itself was a little challenging. You have to keep up in order to do the lessons. They all come together lesson after lesson. I would definitely take her again

Comment:

This Prof was by far the most caring that I have known... she really tries hard to get you that A as long as you work for it. She gives you plenty of time in class to do the work although her accent is a bit strong and hard to understand sometimes. We had multiple students drop her class because of difficulty so just a heads up.

Ms. Durany is an excellent professor. If you pay attention, do the assigned work, and ask questions, it's impossible to fail. Ms. Durany makes herself readily available, understands and teaches the subject matter thoroughly, and is an absolute professional.

Excellent teacher and always there to help a student. Explains things in a way that you can relate and gives personal experiences to help teach. This is my 2nd class with Ms. Durany and I wish all of my teachers were like her. Shows all students respect and caring and is always available. Best teacher ever!!! Don't miss out on taking her class.

Awesome teacher! Even though it was an online class, I was able to talk to her at the South campus when I needed help. Always ready to help and explains everything in a way that you can easily understand the proper steps or what you missed. I'm already enrolled in another class of hers in the Fall and would never pass up a class with her. A++++

Professor Durany answers your questions in a timely manner and is usually available via email all day. I don't like the online Sam's grading software, however, if you know your answer was correct, send an email to her and she will work with you. Keep up with your lessons and you will make a good grade and learn a lot.

She is very clear in her instructions and grading, even going back to review over what the class had missed. Her review sheets were extremely helpful when the course started getting hard. Also, she memorizes your name and face for the roll, which shows that she thinks of us as more than just students. Seriously, take one of her classes!

If you have good computer skills or can work your way easily with Excel, this class is an easy A. Textbook is not needed in that sense but you will need the access code to do the required work, which is easy to follow step-by-step instructions. If you do need help, she's available by email or Google works too. Made an A+ according to her scale.

took in the summer. very nice teacher. emails back within an hr even on sundays. look up youtube videos on how to do things if you are confused. book didnt really help. id take her for every class if possible. even though it was online i learned a ton. emails after every assignment giving feedback and extra credit and tips on difficult assignments.

Online class, this is not one of those "ghost" instructors who you never hear from. Ms. Durany responds to all emails, and usually very fast. She knows the subject matter in great detail. Also very well organized, and emailed the group of students on a regular basis.

You can make a 100 on the assignments and fail the exams!! She gave us no review for the first exam and everyone failed. There are 3 exams in all and I studied for 8 hours the day before and another hour before the last exam and still made a 60. Keep in mind, I already know excel and have even taken classes prior to this one and I still made a c.

All through my semester with her I've had difficulty with her. Every problem I've had she has eventually helped me with, but she makes me feel stupid in doing so, even when it isn't my fault, and getting help is like pulling teeth.

One of the best teacher for online class, although the course itself was tough. She will help you throughout the course. If you have any questions, she responds quickly. She will remind you for your assignments and exam dates. She wants her students to succeed. Although I wasn't able to get the grades I wanted I was glad I took her.
