she's so sweet and helpful as a professor. If you need help on anything she'll help and she always gives step by step instructions. the only thing I didn't like about this class was how hard the tests were and how hard she grades samples. I work slower than most and she was really accommodating by letting me come in and work outside of class

I love Mrs Bailey. She is really nice & helpful. Sewing is not bad at all, to do good on the tests you must pay attention to her lectures and take notes. she gives test reviews which are kinda helpful. she will help you through anything you are confused about

Comment:

This class is hard. Don't be fooled, it is not a blow off class. Actually learning to sew isn't bad, she definitely helps you in that area. If you don't know how to sew, no big deal, you'll learn. The hard part is her tests. I studied for hours on each test and never got above a 78. It is required for fashion majors, so good luck! B's are possible!

Bailey is a fantastic teacher. I had sewn before entering class and Bailey helped me hone my skills. If you need help she is always there. She is willing to come in and open up the sewing lab for you if you need more time. Her instructions are very clear and she will teach you how to sew. Take the class!

Bailey is a nice person, but as a teacher she is useless. I could learn more on my own than by attending her class. She lets us know she isn't sure if she is telling us the correct information all the time and her tests are insane. She doesn't give out slides or a helpful review. She should stick with sewing, thats what shes actually good at.

Attendence is not maditory but if you miss, she will not give you the powerpoints from class. It is alot of material and all at once. All you do is take notes in class. Tests are NOT easy. She is very nice, but expects you to know things immediatly. NOT a blow off class, you must study and go to class.

She is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She is so nice and EXTREMELY helpful. She is such a good seamstress and really knows her stuff. I would definately recommend her to anyone. And next semester she is teaching Textiles. Take her class!

I hate this lady with a passion. She is honestly the worst teacher I have ever had at this university. For the money we pay to go to this private univ., you would think that they could get decent profs. She is completely unorganized and disrespectful.

She is not clear and has no clue about what she is teaching. She is demeaning and rude to students, and is unable to answer questions. If at all possible, avoid taking ANY of her classes.
