Had this prof for other classes. He makes class interesting, cares about whether you are getting the materials, and is down to earth. The negatives are he can be forgetful, a bit disorganized at times, and over-stretched with all of what he does.

Intro to Counseling requires everyone to video tape a health history interview where we are to show our counseling skills. Nerve racking. The professor goes through everyone's tape bit by bit, making the class drag on. Good class to take if you plan on doing case management, or working with clients.

He is unorganized, unhelpful, his tests are unfair, and he just gives grades out. He does not teach. He just hands papers out and expects you to know what in the world you are to know. His tests are HARD His midterm is ALL ESSAY. Stay away from him if you can.

This Professor is great. If you meet him for the first time, you might think he is unfriendly. I had him both undergraduate and graduate and he was very helpful and gave very good advice. He helped me get good paid internship placements.
