Unresponsive to emails. Was absent at least 5 classes. Gives no clarity on the assignments and gives odd grades on papers like 81 and leaves no feedback or comments. Tests are 1/3 essay that he grades harshly and will bring your grade down even if the multiple are choice right. Class should be an easy A but he is one of the worst teachers at Ramapo

HORRIBLE!!!! Tests and quizzes are literally impossible to pass. Doesn't explain anything that is actually on the tests either. He is a joke. Plus you cannot even understand him half the time. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! It may seem like a good thing but we have not had a single FULL LENGTH class. He lets us out early before we even learned anything BS

I'm not sure how this professor is during an average semester, but his online class was HORRIBLE. Unresponsive to emails, did not post any notes or practice problems to help prepare for exams. Did not teach a single thing the entire course making tests extremely difficult! This class should NOT be taught online, especially by this professor! AVOID!

Absolutely useless. He disappeared for an entire week of an online winter class. Did not answer a single email for anyone in the class. Did not post a single note for 4 chapters that made up our final exam worth 25% of grade. Does not care about you. Does not teach.

Easiest Perspectives of Business teacher. Never stay the full 3 hours. He does give a lot of work the final weeks of class, but its not that out of hand. The midterm and final are easy as long as you read the book. I'd definitely recommend him, took very little effort to get an A

Took him for Perspectives, was easy and interesting in the beginning. Doesn't give nearly as much writing as Nunez, but never grades anything and piles on ALL of the work during the week of finals. Doesn't help with anything, and midterm was extremely off from what he does in class.

His test are hard but if you study and know the formulas you should be able to at least score 75 or above. He is very helpful. I would take other class with him. As off Summer 2010, he start making class attendent mandatory because too many students skipped classes and MGMT 370 is a tough class, you have to attend to know your materials

nice guy. doesnt take attendance, but you should go b/c he shows u how to do the problems that are almost exactly on the tests! try the homework, even tho it's hopeless that you'll figure out the right answer the first try. study problems/hw and go to class, i didnt read the chapters. I got an A.

maybe he's losing his touch since the older the comments are the better they are, or now that strat isnt a giant lecture and he has to teach he just doesn't. he really was a waste of my monday night every week though, i got nothing from that class.

rakotobe doesnt even teach and then grades harder than the rest of the strat teachers, I only took him because i heard he was easy but i regret it because i learned NOTHING from him. every teacher had a final review and a study guide which was the exact test but him. take anyone else.

This is a wonderful prof. that cares very much about his students. His lectures are very interesting and short. Tests were hard and the average for the class was 65, but it is the subject and him. He explains hard topics with ease. Take him.

One of my favorite business professors. Had him for Op Mngmt too and he was just as good. Good lecturer, helps students, easy grader and let's you out of class early most of the time. I can honestly say I learned from him.

Rakotobe is amazing. He is what a business professor should be. He's a true professional. He expects you to learn but he knows that you expect him to teach. He puts in a great deal of effort into his classes. The times that I would read the text, try and do the homework and not understand, I would come into class and understand it by the end.

I love him! He is a great professor and doesn't take mor etime than he needs. The classes finished early cause he was efficent with teaching. Always helped students when they needed it. Great teaching and veyr interesting. Extremely well spoken. Will take again for any class.

The best prof, extremely helpful & fair. For a sr level research class he knows he doesnt have to hold class every week b/c most of the work is done at home. People who complain about him are pissed b/c their quality of work sux. He is extremely generous & fair if u give him something to work with.

He doesn't teach most of the class-time. It is a joke and he doesn't even hve class meet alot. We get out of class two weeks before the semester ends. I paid for crap.
