Wangler is a terrible teacher. Trig is a 100 level class but he treats it like a more advanced class. The way he teaches you formulas is confusing. He is a all or nothing type of grader. The only things he grades are tests and quizzes. So its hard to get a decent grade in this class.

Hes a nice guy but a horrible math professor. He doesnt explain well goes super fast while lecturing. Then grades harshly on the exams. Half my class failed the semester I took him. Hes kind and all but wouldnt suggest as a professor.

As a math major I would like to say that although Dr. Wanglers exams are hard he is a great teacher. I had several issues personally when taking his class and he was extremel accommodating. He was kind and helpful when ever a student had questions and he went out of his way to make sure we understood the topic. Don't let nonmajors ruin your opinion

Dr. Wangler is a very helpful professor. He records his lectures and gives you homework and solutions as well. He is always willing to help you understand the topic better. HOWEVER, he is a very, VERY, VERY picky grader. You HAVE to know math.

took him for diffy Eq.. a good teacher, very accommodating when u ask questions on office hours... tests are similar as homework from the book... so study and nail down the homework to get good grades on tests..

most horrible math teacher i ever incountered in my life, like seroiusly, he cant teach he sounds like some crazy robot how doesnt know how to talk clearly about math, he sounds like those crazy scientsist, jeeez we dont need that to help us in math, he cant teach gives u a packet of info and makes u memorize, horrible professors AVOID PLEASE

He was an ok lab teacher. I just hated that all the labs made me stay an hour after class just to finish it and that the final had a part were u work in a group and that almost dropped my grade to a B but luckily I did great in the individual part. I will recommend him becuase all the things I didn't like was the same for all teachers
