Comment:

She offers a lot of practice, enough for you to get at least a B+ but if you want to get an A, it is possible just a little difficult. Tests and exams prefer to focus on general and overall knowledge rather than specifics. As long as you get the gist of concepts, it's not hard. But you need to practice. If you can do that, you won't fail. Ever.

MOST AMAZING PROF EVER. ALL the questions on the midterm and the final come from the exercises she posts online . I studied from those and did not open the book once and still got an A. Oh she also posted a midterm and final from previous year and they were VERY similar in format to the midtermfinal. HOWEVER, NO BELL CURVE.

Got an A+. She's extremely helpful. Just go to every lecture and write everything down! Don't miss any detail. Her sample midterms and finals are pretty much the same you'll get in the actual exams. Do your own summaries of the lecture notes. Do the questions in the textbook. Those will come in the exam!

If you do the examples, sample midterm/final you would ace this class. She is a really good professor and if you pay attention and take notes in class, you will get an A for sure. She does not have lecture notes on her website though so go to class!

She talks fast, she has an accent, she is sometimes difficult to understand. He tests are fair and exams too but she asked very bizzare questions that are not quite clear...I took 2450 and 2400 with her and both times I felt like I was in a University in Hong Kong.

Speaks very fast, and she is often in a hurry to get through all the materials. She is very thorough to cover everything in the text. Her tests are moderate level and she also has an accent which can be difficult to understand sometimes.

No professor I have ever had knows their material more thoroughly that Professor Ho. Professor Ho is truely an excellent professor. She is also very patient and eager to help if you have any questions. She is my favourite professor of all time, and I am forever thankful for her willingness to teach those who take their education seriously.

Her notes are amazing! Just study her notes and you'll be fine. No need for textbook! Her tests can get confusing but if you just draw graphs you'll get marks for it. TA is pointless. Doesn't help at all and doesn't really speak english. But easy marker!

confusing test...the easiest question makes you feel it is impossible ... so it becomes the hardest one. lots of notes in class....u can get B easily, but thats not good enough for this course guys....
