I actually saw where 2 students said he walks out on class, when he is frustrated!!! Never did when I took class. I can understand with the intellect & morals of young why. Disrespect is all they know. I received excellent feedback & learned a lot in his classes. I was 47 when I went back to college. I appreciated that I had to EARN my grade.

I highly do not recommend him if you have to take English, however, if you get stuck in his class like myself, be sure to do the following... Pay attention when he assigns something. Sometimes he'll say something under his breath. And write simple essays (he'll majorly dock you for points in creative writing). Good luck with this miserable human.

I had him for Speech class. We are graded on speeches only, however he is an easy grader and grades mostly on the content of your speeches. His directions on speeches are very straight forward and gives good feedback on what you need to work on. He does not require a textbook because he said he thinks about us with buying textbooks.

I was an honors English student in high school, and enjoyed English class before I took ENG 105 with Digiacomo. He doesn't use email, and hand writes his notes. He is completely intolerant (and intolerable). He's rude to his students and is reluctant to help when students have problems. He teaches from the book, but his grading is obscure.

Terrible Professor. Very confusing when giving his instructions. Doesn't follow the textbook and expects a lot out of students for in class essays that you only have a day to do. He says that he understands that people are busy but will load you with "readings" to do and expects you to understand them to a tee... I dropped his class.

He would write all over my essays and make corrections that weren't needed, for example write over my period in pen I needed a period. He made fun of the class and people in it all the time, and when I was sick I emailed him my paper and he printed it out the next day and told me that's when he received it although it clearly stated on the email I sent that it was sent before class started. He failed everyone in class but 2 who got d's and were straight a kids. Horrible.

This Professor is one of the best teachers I have had in my time in LCCC. He is "old-school" and rough, but when you do your work and put your effort into it, he will let you know. If you're lazy and like things handed to you, then don't take this class because you have to EARN your grade in this class. Was a pleasure.

His grading system is extremely inconsistent and it's hard to get anything above a C. When he attempts to try and explain something or if a student gets something wrong, he may insult them. When frustrated he just walks out of class and contact information wise, he just gives you his office number, besides that you can't contact him for anything.

Didn't give much work but a VERY difficult grader. I think only 3 people passed in my class. Would mark things wrong on revised essays that he didn't mark wrong the first time(I mean parts of the essay you didn't even change). Not very interested in helping one-on-one, so be prepared to fend for yourself. I wouldn't recommend taking his course.

I have to agree with most of the negative comments on this guy... I was even forewarned about him from a friend that had him shortly before I had him... He's HORRIBLE, does not explain CLEARLY what he wants from you, then when you ask him to clarify he makes you feel like your dumb for not figuring it out on your own. Does NOT motivate you to learn
