Worst teacher I had in my entire college career! Very judgmental and favors certain students. I am incredibly happy to hear she retired so no one else is subjected to her ignorance.

Angela is a great public speaker and extremely engaging. However, most of the lectures were about her experience living abroad in Brazil though our focus was the U.S.! You'll also walk away with the feeling that she favors some students over others. If you're interested in Brazil this is the teacher for you!

An amazing professor! Such a loss to you losers who were unable to extrapolate upon her lectures, & her brilliance. Yes, she may have fixated on Brazil, but that was part of globalizing her pedagogy. She demanded much from her students because she wanted to expand your ways of thinking - your epistemic processes. You were just too lazy and/or dumb.

Anglea was very self righteous and judgemental. Most of her lectures wandered away from useful information and became lectures abour random experiences in Brazil. She was not interested in educating others, rather making others feel as though she was better than everyone else because she ad a PhD. I was very disappointed with her. Glad she retired!

Angela is kind, passionate and knowledgeable, but not a great teacher. 80% of our "Globalization" class was about her own experiences in Brazil. It's true, she tells a good story, but not one that necessarily has anything to do with the class.
