Clear expectations, easy grader. Has lots of real world knowledge that he wants to share. Very laid back with good stories. Professional interview and networking dinner are required but presented in a very low pressure way. Genuinely wants his students to succeed I can't say enough good things about him, I would 100% take his class again.

Comment:

Taking Business 3200 online was the best decision. There's a couple assignments per week, you just need to make sure to follow his due dates document so you don't miss anything. There are 6 total quizzes (mostly on quizlet), one easy group project that requires a couple video recorded meetings, and other busy work. No etiquette dinner required :)

GREAT PROFESSOR. Always kept the class entertained and laughing. Easy course to pass just make sure you do your work and pay attention to deadlines. One book required however you only use it for one assignment throughout the semester.

Comment:

This class requires lots of small assignments. The skills gained in this class could be useful to any college graduate looking to start their career. Many of the assignments are not outlined very clearly in the syllabus. However, Mr. Gribble is not a tough when it comes to grading. Do your work, submit it on time and you should do great.

Best BUSI professor I've had! Assignments actually have value. Grading criteria is clear. Lots of small projects and reading-as long as you don't procrastinate you'll do great! Would def take him again.

Professor Gribble is awesome! He wants to see his students succeed and can offer good advice about how to get there. A lot of powerpoints that dont really mean much but go to class and you will learn so much just from him talking.

Awesome professor and extremely funny. He actually wants his students to succeed and offers real world advice. A lot of it is based off of powerpoints, but what BUSI class isn't. There is work and events, but honestly almost all were helpful for the future.

He would be an AMAZING professor if he put more time into what he shared with students. You can tell he has experience & knowledge but reads off ppt slides the whole time and goes off exact course material outline. basically just covering exactly what he has to and thats it. Business students need real life examples SHARE THEM

Second worst online course I ever took. You are on your own. Impossible to reach this professor. Did not know what to expect. Heard rumor he hates his online class and it showed. Avoid his online at all possible costs.

Took class online. Group project assignment very unfair which can significantly lower your grade if some of your partners contribute poor work. Project very time consuming. Tests come mainly from PowerPoints. Tests contain multiple choice and essay questions. Discussion board assignments not bad. Instructor seems like a nice guy.

Reading the text, and making outlines to help you study is a must.I took this class online.Discussion board topics are very interesting, and make the class fun.As along as you read the text, and complete the DB's you'll do fine.I would recommend taking Mr. Gribble.

Gribble is so cool. He quotes movies and makes material that may be boring into funny and cool stuff. His class is not easy, but doable. I slacked off and made a C, which I blame myself for. His tests are pretty tough though. He is also my karate teacher and is so bad ass. He is a 6th degree black belt so don't mess with him lol.

One of the best professors at ECU. He cares about the subjects he teaches about and cares about the students that are taking his course. The material can be demanding, but if you ever need help, he'll always be there to help. He expects a lot from his students, but we're in school to learn, so he's just helping you out. Take him!

The material is hard, however, he makes you want to learn it. The way he teaches makes every class interesting and the class discussions are great. Adjust your schedule to ensure that you can take him, it will be worth your time. A great guy who cares about the students in his classes.
