I took intro to music theory with Anton and he made absolutely no coherent sense whatsoever. Is this guy for real? The examples he played at the piano did not even sound tonal. If given the option, I would take theory with Sam Pellman.

I love his lectures! Other profs go on and on and repeat things; he says everything once, with utmost compactness. He hasn't published much, but he's really, really influential on people who know his work.
