Amazing instructor. This is the most structured and clear studio I've had by far, and one of the most demanding but rewarding. You have to produce and present every Tuesday, and on Thursday you have long personal meeting with Avi. It is in teams of 2. At the end, this studio will provide a very complete project, which is a good preparation for U3

Very good Professor. The class consists of lectures, given by Avi every week, on the building process depending the materials used. You'll also have to do 2 projects in teams, one of which is the exploration of construction drawings and the other one is the creation of a tile. Both in relation to studio. The outline is clear and followed carefully.

Professor Freidman is probably one of the most caring studio professors in the undergraduate McGill program. He is genuinely passionate about what you create and actively looking for ways to help develop your ideas. Sometimes it almost seemed that Professor Freidman was more excited than I was about my own project!
