I took her Animal Biology class. The lab part with her TA was very fun and interesting. Her lectures, on the other hand, were rather dull and put me to sleep every single time. Her tests are very tricky but she lets you use your lab manual (with notes). Not really an easy A.

She is an OK professor, but she has her evil moments. She is very rude when you go to her office during the times when she doesn't have office hours. Physiology is an interesting subject, but she makes the class a bit boring by just talking super fast trying to say everything possible. I wouldn't recommend her!

Comment:

This class is probably the most difficult and time consuming of all the bio classes i've taken. I don't understand people who want something so coveted as a biology degree but arent willing to work hard. This class will push you to your limit and will show you if you deserve an A. I recommend studying everday and everything. You can't get around it

She is a very smart teacher. She definitely knows what she's talking about. Her tests are critical thinking and are pretty hard but she lets you use your lab manual during the tests. I heard she curved, but not in my class. She said my class did well on the tests so she didn't need to curve.

G.E.requirement.Lots of information to cover.Prof is very sharp. Textbook is o.k. but you could actually get by using her powerpoints and Lab manual. Definitely fill in your "lecture part of lab manual" because you can use it during the test and it will make a difference. Also study her pre-exam test. You must follow along w/the class or get lost.

Wow, Her tests are HARD! She lets you use the Lab Manual. She speaks very intellegently and too Technical. You can understand her, but you gotta think for a second. I give her a B-. THe average test scores were C- and D. 3 Exams/ 1 Final. She curves it due to the fact A LOT of people got below 50% ! well Goodluck!

I fell asleep a few times in her class... I don't know, maybe it was her soft monotone voice. Her class is pretty easy if you study. She's a very intelligent and competent professor. A lot of the answers to the tests are in the lab manual which she allows you to use. I wouldn't recommend her for the lab though.

She makes you memorize a lot of stuff, but she does curve-- so there is hope, since many students don't study. She, also, seems fascinated with animal orafices. If you ask her a question, she'll usually send you to your lab manual.

Prof. Krilowicz was awesome! I really liked how she always tried to make us laugh and get us to participate. Her tests are so easy and she is a fair person. You cannot go wrong choosing her for your BIO GE req.

Good teacher and class is easy if you know what you are doing. You don't really need to come to class. Helps very little. Best thing to do is to learn just the lab manual, powerpoint sildes, and take the practice test. Don't need to buy the actual book. I never really used it. I recommend this class

Show up to lectures and take notes - you can use them on the test - remember the lab notebook for all tests!!! Somewhat monotone in lectures - that means boring - but reccemend due to fairness in tests, etc. Also - download all her powerpoint presentations and practice tests - they will help!

Her practice test are similiar to the actual test,there are 4 test all together so there are always chances to improve your grade. The best thing is that get to use your notes in the lab notebook for the test!
