Comment:

Very informative,unbiased,and really knows what he is talking about. Makes everything very clear. Easy quizzes every week as long as you attend and pay attention. 3 exams (half multiple choice, half essay) and 3 writing assignments. Review he gives is very helpful. Writing assignemnts are straight forward but do require analysis. Highly recommend!

First of all he has a PHD. So this man is very knowledge able about his class. You will wright 3 4 pages papers.. thats all the home work. He tells you what to read and goes over the weekly test. Take him if you want to learn. He will do everything he can to help you pass he really wants you to pass BUT HE IS NOT THAT EASY

Great teacher. He made political science less boring than I thought it would be. He explains things really well and the quizzes aren't very hard if you do the reading and pay attention in class. Tests aren't too bad either as long as you study. I was impressed. He was less biased than most of my teachers at Cabrillo so far.

Comment:

Bill was a great and inspiring teacher. He never took role, but his quizzes were always straight from the lecture, and he usually went over the material right before the quiz. The tests and papers weren't too bad as long as you put in the work, and he was always helpful with guidelines, prompts, and feedback. HIGHLY recommend this class.

Bill is a great teacher, he makes the material very interesting and applies it to the world around us. He is clear about what will be on tests (gives study guides as well as in class reviews) and the papers are straightforward and interesting but require a good amount of analysis. If you go to class and do the majority of the readings youll do fine

class was really easy if you just listened. Didn't need to study for the quizzes either, all the questions practically answered the day of. Tests were a little harder, but he gives you an outline that covers everything in advance. Overall really easy. Never ever dare to bring out a cell phone in this class though.

This professor is the reason that my major is political science. Really excited about what he teaches but does have a low tolerance for texting, talking, etc in class. The lectures are important since he takes the material for the quizzes and tests directly from them. Lets you know whats on the quizzes and tests before hand. How could you not pass?

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT i am pulling an A so far and i have done NO reading except for what's in the assignments, his quiz's are easy even if you've missed the class prior and is an easy way to get points.He is awesome and i've honestly learned so much but NEVER text in his class, he'll call you out, pay attention, it's interesting

Mr. Hill is a very nice and very intelligent teacher and is always there if you need help. I have never seen him be mean to students or inconsiderate. Has frequent quizzes, but they are easy if you do the reading. Essays can be hard. Great guy and I learned sooooo much!

He was rude and inconsiderate to everyone annoying the class. He was unavailable for people who didn't seek his help. He always used power points that if you just read would be vague but if you listened you could easily grab the concepts. Tests where hard but overall I give you an A BILL HILL! and i love your name BILL HILL!

Bill can be rude randomly. Then he justifies it by making people feel stupid. I am not talking about his approach to me. I received a giant A in his class. I witnessed him do it to others and it was uncomfortable to watch. He has little tolerance for those less intelligent than himself. In that sense, I have little patience for Bill.

Bill Hill seemed at first to be an ok teacher but i have realized that he picks favorites and takes pleasure in ridiculing his less knowlegable students. He is a on a power trip and focuses on the most uninteresting topics.
