I hope whatever you have him for you already know. The man writes for three hours and you better just shut your brain off and try and keep up. You could replace him with a text to speech robot and you wouldn't know the difference. He also marks incredible unfair, Avoid him if you can.

Even if attendance is not mandatory he pays attention to who is there. He will help you if you ask and is a very pleasant person. He genuinely wants to see his students succeed. A great prof to go and talk to for advice on future career moves or future studies.

nice guy......thats about it though. read the text, and get the solution manual because that's how to do any questions or understand anything. If you don't remember any heat transfer, your screwed. Good writing workout too, make sure you have plenty of paper and lead.

He's a board talker, excercise your hand before class; he's going to write the whole period. The 50 or so words in class he actually says I can't understand anyway. He's a nice guy but should be aware that students can read the textbook themselves (No sense in rewriting it)
