I believe all whom have harshly commented on Mr. Sova's behalf lack the ideas of what a good professor is.. he does what he needs to, in a well organized matter and shows passion. He also gives students his time to help them comprehend what was taught. He wants you to pass!!! Those who have done terribly in this class more than likely didnt try!!!

this guy get worst teacher of the year award. i did everything in the class, passed most of the quizzes, did all the homework and both papers and he failed me! i really think he hates girls cause he was only nice to the guys in my class. hes unclear and if you ask for help he says "you should know this already" i warn you dont take his class!!

Once he started putting his notes on the web, this class got hella easier! if you ask him ahead of time to meet with you he will...as long as you are willing to do the work, he can meet you halfway. your class should request he put his notes online...he's prolly used to it now. if you need help on a question, you can ask him in class

THE WORST TEACHER EVER! I would not recomend this guy to any one. Went way to fast, and was very unclear. He would always cover stuff that was not on the test. You would be better off teaching your self math. DONT TAKE THIS CLASS YOU WILL FAIL!

His class was a bit boring but he did take the time to tutor me and help me pull a "C" in his class. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have been able to go on to the next course the next sememster. I would recommend his course.

This teacher sucked.. he was VERY unclear with his HW and rarely had time/office hours to help his students.Went way fast in class(covered 4 sections in 1 class) and wouldn't even slow down to explain himself when questions arose. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING THIS TEACHER AT ALL IF YOU WANT TO SUCEED.HORRIBLE!!

He was horrible! He didnt teach anything that were on the test! He was boring! No matter if you did all your hw and do good on the quizzes it doesnt matter to him! He has favorites! He doesnt teach from the book at all really! If he does teach its not what you need to know!

Regular instructor was absent, Mr. Sova filled in. Worst class ever, everything out of the book, he repeats himself over and over and then asks if he has hit us enough times for us to understand. I do NOT like the way he teaches. Makes you memorize all formulas. I could not wait till it was over.

teacher several ways on how to do every problem and makes it all confusing. does not have a lesson plan and just comes in and basically asks for problems to do on the board. puts in the effort but doesn't have a clue

In order to get a good grade, or to follow with what he is teaching you need to follow through with your homework. Studying helps out a lot. If you are friendly and personable you can get a lot of help from him. You have to put forth the effort in order to get a good grade.
