Comment:

Shes the rudest math teacher you will ever meet. She basically only grades you based of your notebook which she has set up to be all over the place. If you ask her a question she'll ask you your question back instead of answering. Do yourself a favor and really choose another professor. From one student to another save yourself.

I had 123B/C. She knows her stuff. She gives perfect examples of when you might use a specific math formula. e.g Physics, web design, engineering, shopping... She's patient and senses when a student doesn't understand a math problem on the board. She allowed me to gain a confidence in Math I hadn't felt since 7th grade. I'm so grateful. :) 3

She is not a teacher who likes to teach. It is almost as if she expects the student to know the material. Don't expect much help, if any. She likes to discourage the students she feels need too much effort on her part. She forces them to drop or withdraw as soon as possible. If you are not already good in math, avoid her class like the plague.

I am not sure who the people are giving such bad reviews but from my experience in her class, if you are committed, attentive, eager, she recognizes this and rewards you for it. No, she doesn't tolerate slackers much. She shouldn't have to. Gives the chance to make up test points. What more can you ask for? Taking her again.

She is an amazing Professor. There's a project that can only help your grade and there is extra credit on every exam. The material is tough but the packets she gives and goes over in class makes is very clear and simple. She gives homework for each section covered but doesn't collect it. Honestly nobody did the hw& that's why they did horribly.

Bonnie is an approachable professor and takes the time to know her students. I have deeply struggled with math, bombing the first 2 exams. After speaking with Bonnie and getting tutoring and help, I actually have made an improvement! The semester isn't over but I am extremely hopeful. Do the homework and show up to class. She really does care.

Do not take Bonnie Blustein statistics class! She is rude, unclear, refuses to answer questions, never addresses hw questions, gives too much homework and talks politics more than anything else. Bonnie Blustein is not a good professor, do not take her unless you like to work hard and still receive a D. Her grade average is a D for a reason. Her lectures are long and boring, she gives out too much homework that does not help with the test. She should be a political science professor instead of a stats professor.

Bonnie lives in her own world and thinks that its all about her . Doesn't touch on everything in class and expects you to do hours of homework in the assigned book for the class . Statistics is kind of hard and she made just a little harder by flipping back and forth between chapters using two different books to assign homework. In class she takes her sweat time talking about random things and then she looks at the clock and see's she doesn't have much time left she writes down the information on the board and doesnt explain

She doesn't know how to teach and she gets real upset when you ask questions .Only good thing is no Hw and quizzes can be corrected every week but i still don't recommend taking her dropped her class because she is not a good teacher.
