Comment:

Took this class ONLINE. It is a LOT of work and writing but the writing is EASY. This isn't a hard class at all there's just a lot of writing. You can easily get an A with only spending 2 hours max a week on this class. I worked full time with taking 5 other classes so I had a difficult time keeping up and she accepted ALL of my late assignments.

Comment:

Easy class, there are several assignments, but the task are not hard, basic thoughtful responses and the ability to form sentences and paragraphs. The length of the writing assignments are not long. I work full time, took this class and another with no issues, most work can be done weekly on a Saturday.

I really enjoyed this class! The structure of the course is great, because it is set for students to learn and pass. Prof. Davidson course is unlike many others, that structure for toughness, and you're so busy trying to pass, but learn nothing. Prof. Davidson is reachable, patient in responses, inviting, and enjoyable. Lots of work though.

I really enjoyed this class. I completed this class in Summer I Online, and received an "A". Though a lot of work, the class is structured for passing. If you do the work you will do well. She is reachable, approachable, and very helpful. A lot of assignments but not complicated. You will learn and pass with a good grade, just complete work.

5 wk summer course-12 journals & observations, 8 discussion questions, 16 peer responses, & 3 writing assignments. Dr D responds to emails & posts assignment grades pretty quickly. Many assignments but not difficult to complete. She is very understanding and willing to help if needed. Would take again.

She is an easy grader, lots of work but completion matters. she is flexible with due dates and lets you revise things if you are not happy with your grade.

This class is an Easy A do the work and you will be fine. There is a lot of assignments and they do consume a lot of time but they are easy. The prof. is an easy graded and gives at least 3 opportunities to get extra credit. Trust me you will enjoy this class online, even if you turn in stuff a little late you will get the full credit.

Great teacher, although VERY disorganized. The class was easy, but I struggled because I need structure. Due dates constantly changed, and she was always behind on grading. If you need a structured environment where you know what is expected of you each week, avoid her class. Otherwise, it's an easy A, but you probably won't learn anything.

She is not very organized. Very slow to grade assignments, (right now two months behind). Doesn't provide the assignments in a timely manner, sometimes she has her assignments out mid-week, one week we didnt hear from her at all. Despite these issues, Id take her class again, its SUPER EASY

Comment:

Possibly the sweetest lady ever and communicates well with LOTS of patience, but the online class has a TON of assignments for an intro class, some are multiple pages too. Journals, discussions, writer workshops, observations, and two essays with 3-5 responses for all. Probably best to take in person. She is absolutely wonderful though otherwise.

Love Dr. Davidson. You learn a lot, but don't have many tests. The major thing is making sure that you have done your journal assignments and are participating during class. Reading your creative writing aloud and having people critique it is a little scary, but was awesome in the end. Loved this class. Will take more classes with her.

I LOVE Prof. Davidson! She is the best kind of teacher, especially if you love to learn. She gives you all the tools and help you need but she leaves you on your own to learn for yourself, think critically, and do the work. It's not an easy A class but it's definitely fun and challenging and worthwhile. She gives you lots of creative freedom. :]

I love Dr. Davidson, I am currently taking my second English course with her, and will my third. If you fail her class it's your own fault. She is sweet and patient, I mad an A in her ENG 2316, and I plan to make an A in ENG 3309. No exams or final in this course.
