Just do the essays/papers that he requires you to do and you'll get an easy A. He's a very light grader, and cares for his students. Although his lectures are long and boring, he does give important information about the essays/papers at the end of class. He also grades very lightly for the final multiple choice test.

Beachy doesn't teach the assignments, he rambles about unrelated subjects or he'll talk about one of his topics (that you choose from for his papers) for the entire period of class without telling you how to frame or write the paper itself. Not the hardest class in the world, but he doesnt care about his students as much as hearing himself talk.

He was very nice and always willing to help. There's only about 6 essays throughout the semester and they're all easy. Lectures can be boring but it was an easy class. He gives good feedback on essays.

For English II, he is a okay teacher. He talks for about the first 30 minutes and then shows videos, movies, gives us 20-45 minute breaks. You HAVE to show up if you want to pass. Hes really boring, but gives really easy papers and will accept late work. I wouldn't take him again, he puts me to sleep

Professor Beachy is very helpful when it comes to giving comments on your essays. He will explain each comments in details to you during conference. He also gives very clear instruction for the requirements for each assignment. He often uses outside sources and recent news to make the lecture more interesting.

Assignments are all easy. He grades pretty easy too. Lecture can be a bit boring (for me) if you're good at grammar and basics of writing essays. Would definitely recommend.

Most boring class I have ever taken. Nice guy, but every single person was confused about his assignments. Gives you only 5 options on what to write about. Makes it hard to write when you don't have a say. He doesn't teach how to write, at all. So you will have to get help out side of class.

His Comp 102 class isn't extremely challenging, if you are a decent writer. I kind of feel like he gave the ESL kids special treatment;however, I left the class satisfied with my grade. His class can, on some days, drag on for longer than it should, in my opinion. A little tip: he's fairly liberal, so writing your papers with that in mind may help.

easy grader, although he doesn't believe in perfect papers. the class was pretty boring 95% of the time. as long as you go to class and do all your assignments you should get a good grade!

He was extremely scatter brained and had to be reminded of what he was talking about more than once per class. He was not available after class and didn't answer emails. Also, people would not come back from break, and he never seemed to notice/ penalize them. Not very helpful.

He is great! He talks a lot but it's interesting things. Some people get easily bored because they just want to be told what to do to get an A. If you really listen and interact in class, besides getting a good grade, you'll also receive a lot of knowledge.
