Prof Guamnitz is by far the best prof I have had. If you learn from lectures, he is NOT your guy.. Every day he goes through a problem that shows the exact steps you need to take to get the right answer. As long as you do all of the homework (which isn't very much) and go to class everyday, you will get a good grade!

The most amazing teacher I have ever had! Accounting is a typically difficult class, but Professor Gaumnitz made this class very understandable! Hands down one of my favorite teachers ever! So helpful with any questions and overall an amazing teacher! TAKE HIM! :)))

Typically an A student but this class was very hard for me. Didn't like his teaching style-every class period was just him working through a problem with little discussion or explanation. None of the homework was explained and he did not hand back any quizzes or tests. Overall, it felt like an upper level course, not an introduction.

Best accounting professor i have had. Class is well structured and lectures are very clear and easy to understand. Accounting is a tough subject to learn and teach. He does a great job in teaching the course.

Professor Gaumitz is my favorite accounting teacher ive had. Only graded on 4 exams and 1 final exam. The first couple tests are pretty easy so make sure you start off hot because the tests become more difficult each time. they are not multiple choice tests, you get instructions and manually make journal entries, calculations etc.. TAKE THIS PROF

Very helpful and efficient guy. Also very nice and polite. Tests can be hard,especially the final. Go in with a solid foundation (ace ACCT 291,292) and practice a lot. Keep up and you should be able to do well.

Definitely the best professor I've had at SCSU. His way of teaching was very effective (went around the room with homework answers) and if you didn't have the answer he was very helpful. Always ready to explain anything unclear.

Best of the Best!!! This prof. is one of nicest and he went through everything in class. Also, he explained things clearly. I would consider him as the best ACCT prof. in SCSU. Trust me, you will never find any prof. like him again.

I think he is one of the best profs ever. He truly enjoys what he does and is always willing to help. He always makes sure everyone knows what they are doing and never makes anyone feel stupid by not knowing. I definately recommend taking him!
