Bruce Lamont is an amazing teacher, scholar, and administrator. What's more? He cares about students, the school, and social justice. His selflessness is beyond measure. If have a chance to take ANY course from him--do so. You'll be challenged intellectually, but you'll have had a chance to learn from one of the best at FSU and in the mgmt. field.

Lamont never covers the material on the quizzes. He tells a bunch of stories and ignores the book. He grades group projects based on what other people in your group say about your performance. Very subjective class, not what you'd expect from the business school.

Comment:

The best professor I have ever had in all my years of school. He goes above and beyond a mentor and professor. He is so willing to help the students and really is a cool guy. He's not stuck up like a lot of the others.

One of the best teachers you could have. Laid back, but willing to help. Personable. Does not put on academic airs.
