Comment:

Professor Thomson is one of the most kind, caring, and flexible teachers I have ever had. You need the two books or you will not pass. Her quizzes are easy as long as you do the study guides or the quiz review. Her class was great because you could really tell she cared a lot for her students.

Professor Thomson is sweet & caring. She makes herself available if you need help & always offers extra credit. If you do the study guides, you may use them on quizzes and exams. If you do the work, you'll pass with flying colors. I got a B in the class only bcz I didn't turn in a couple of assignments bcz I was sick, otherwise it wldv bn an A

She's a really sweet professor! You definitely need the textbooks in order to do the study guides and complete reading assignments. Also, you're able to use the study guides and notes on the quizzes. A few group projects throughout the semester, but they're easy. Take her class!!

Honestly best teacher ever she is so sweet and caring about everyone's grades and progress in class. REALLY REALLY REALLY EASY just really time consuming! Gives lots of extra credit and answers any questions you have! If you fail this class you just don't care about your grade. btw if you show up everyday you don't take the final!

She is such a sweet teacher. 5 group presentations that were actually fun, lots of extra credit and a great incentive of not having to take the finally if you have an A average which is easy to obtain. You will always have homework and a few papers to type. Do all your work and reading. Great class, I learned a lot. You should take her!

Great teacher! Assignments are due every week, some are time consuming, some are not. If you attend all the classes she gave out extra points to your grade. There are 2 group project presentations. 1 is barriers to critical readingthinking, 2nd is "issues" project. If you get an A in the class, You don't have to take the final.

she is so sweet, i enjoyed going to class a lot. she does give out a lot of homework but it isnt that hard. Very easy to get an A in this class just do your work, study for the vocab quizes , and do the lab work. she also gives out extra credit like almost every day and if you dont miss a class you dont have to take the final.

This class will make you a faster and better reader. There is a lot of work (lab work) but it isn't difficult at all. The semester is ending and I have an A. She gives you an A on the final if you have perfect attendance. She's VERY kind and passionate about reading. She is the professor to take for Read 110. I'll be taking her Read 120 too.

This class is a handful. There are always assignments, some are a little time consuming. It is easy though. She does require you to attend class everyday. There are two presentations to be done, along with an "issue" paper.I do not mean to be rude, but the class lecture is boring.

Great Teacher. Very easy class. Just do the HW that she rarely assigns and your good. BUT must go to lab!! If you are a person who doesn't have extra time because of work or something then you are in problems if you take her. Cuz you need like 45 hours in lab to get a good grade. But if you have extra time like me then its easy just show up.

I LOVE HER!!!!!!!! I had her my first semester. I hadn't been to school in 32 years. She was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend her. I picked on her alot and she took it well. If you don't get an A the you didn't do the work. Ofters alot of extra credit to get a good grade.

THIS TEACHER AWESOME SERIOUSLY YOU WILL LEARN A LOT. THERE IS A LOT OF HW AND LAB WORK TO BE DONE.
