Went straight from the slides in lecture and then occasionally added things to the test that weren't discussed. Some of the material towards the end of the semester was more advanced than should be in a basic pre-req class. 2 projects-boring and unnecessary.

Worst professor I have ever had. Doesn't explain anything and reads right off the powerpoints. The class is far to excelled for entry level and I have learned NOTHING from it. Take another professor if possible. This was terrible

Comment:

Great instructor. Well versed in food products and cooking related stuff. Can be intimidating in lab. She just wants you to be professional about and develop habits that will help you in your career. She's harmless, and very willing to help you with any questions. I would recommend her. Don't lag on the research assignment, it takes time!
