Joe y is seriously hands down the best teacher EVER!!! She is the most incredible person and she is so funny and makes class so much fun and you actually want to learn and be at school. Highly HIGHLY recommend. You have to talk a lot in class everyday but she makes it so welcoming and inviting to do that. Love Joey!

I took two classes of hers in one semester and they all came out with "A" grades. It was such a bless to be one of students and to get closer to her by talking and sharing stuffs. No words can really describe how wonderful Joey is. Take her classes asap as if they were limited edition products, or else her classes would be full

What can I even say about Joey? Well, firstly, she is such a GEM. Loud, sweet, friendly. I would die for her, honestly. As for her class, easy A. Participate, participate, participate. Read up, show up, speak up. Very few assignments, no exams minus the final. Share about your life and she'll share hers. Very open class discussions. Love her!

BEST TEACHER YOU WILL EVER TAKE. So many inspiring stories and great material. You will NOT regret taking a class with Joey. I wish I could be friends with her she is so great. Easy class, and the only class I have taken where I show up because I want to. She is the BEST!

Super fun and Definite A for literally EVERYONE. I honestly did absolutely nothing but to have a discussion with people in the class to pass with a solid A. She would give you total of 3 to 4 essays to do but those are the easiest thing ever to do. No need for a textbook, save your money! She is funny, honest and caring. You'd love her class!

Emma (Joey) was one of the best professors you can take at OCC! She is outgoing and is very kind-hearted. She does not give homework, and no test. As long as you talk to her she will get to know you personally. She is always there when you need her. Definalty take her class! It is the best class to take. Love her as a professor and as a person!

I took her interpersonal communication class last semester; I'd definitely recommend her. She'd go through the terms in the textbook (which is free and written by her) as well as her personal experiences. She shared her story through the lectures & inspired me to do the same. She has a unique personality which makes you fall in love with her <3

I couldn't write a better review for a class or teacher. Please take her, she changed my life and gave you skills you will use for the rest of your life. I absolutely love Joey!! Amazing human & professor. Crude sense of humor but it made the class more entertaining. Easy, only graded by a few things that you did in groups or outside of class. Textbook was only used a couple of times so i'd say it's optional. I loved this class and would definitely take another class with Joey she's awesome
