If you need this class for your Spanish credits then take it. If you really want to learn spanish do not take her, at least for the first year Spanish. She is very patient like everyone has said, but she will randomly say words no one knows. Overall she is o.k. Just follow the syllabus and you will ace the class.

Very organized in class and honestly interested in all students learning. She is very patient with those that are behind in their skills and understands the level at which students are at and works with them to help them learn. She is obviously passionate about her subject. The assignments are not difficult if you pay attention and keep up.

Truly understands the struggle some people have in learning a 2nd language. Classes are full of interactive learning that makes you WANT to go to class. Homework isn't hard, and if you pay attention to what you have learned, the tests aren't difficult either.

More spunky than hot ;-) Christy is an excellent professor and is willing to work with you to help you learn. Many activities were participation graded, but several 200 word stories and a 400 were assigned later on. About 2 small assignments per week.
