Nice guy, but I don't feel like I've learned much from him. His delivery is dry/boring. He doesn't break things down into simpler terms. Anything I learned I figured out on my own. He graded nothing during the semester. You're not sure how you're actually doing. No feedback on your assignments.

I took his online class so I had to do all the assignments by myself. There were a lot of assignments every week but if you do all the work, you will get a good grade. He also gave 100 extra points. To be honest, it was a really easy class just a lot of assignments. I got an A in the class.

Took his summer class. Had 4 textbooks and had a quizes and tests every day each week. You must work hard not to fall behind. Keep the textbook handy and study all the terms! I'm glad I took this class. I gained lot's of computer experience. I was one of his top students!

WORST teacher!,CONTROL FREAK!Intimidating!if you don't look at him he will stare at you till you look at him,he VIOLENTLY hits your computer for whispering.He doesnt know the material,he says words and expect you to know them. he laughs for no reason,constant repetition,tests unclear,hetakes forever.You can learn better from just reading the book.

This teacher is just purley awful. He was flat out rude, confusing on what he wanted for his assignments. Took his DL Online class and the syllabus, project sheets and text book all conflicted as to how to do the assignments and when to save what. I was graded down from 20 to 2 points for doing exactly what was told in the assignment as written.

Basically useless. 95% of the content is accessing an archaic home router, with no bearing on the business aspects of networking. His exams have errors and open ended questions with multiple possible answers, and he seems befuddled any time you ask him a question. If you want to learn nothing and get an easy A, this is the class for you.

He is a Professor who knows his stuff. He loves hardworking students. As his former student, he treated me like a friend. I thought I ended up with a B, but got an A, on my fist semester in College. This fall (2009), I will take another course that he teaches.

I don't know why professor Ikei is recieving bad scores! he responded to my emails and helped me out in a couple of jams. I took the summer session and must warn you that this class is not a cakewalk. Be prepared to work hard.

WORST! Most clueless teacher I've ever met. Total waste of time - I can learn more from the book teaching myself. If you ask him questions, he stammers and looks it up in the book. Get the opinion he knows less than some of his students. I dropped this class like a hot potato.

This professor is a joke - a total rip off. Lectures are boring - mostly reading from Powerpoint slides or looking at code. 8 weeks in and no hands on for Coldfusion software programming!? Doesn't collect homework so far, his website isn't complete - he's teaching HTML web design too and even his own website has bad links and info! BEWARE!
