Probably my favorite professor last year. She is entertaining in class, sometimes gets off topic, but by the end of the year, you realize she was teaching you. Handouts are essential, take every practice and every extra credit assignment you can get, it's worth it. You will learn Torts with her, she is the Queen.

She's a very nice lady and is super hilarious! However, be prepared to teach yourself torts because most of the time she's rambling on about random things in class. Her handouts help a lot but that's it. Towards the end of the year there will be tons of makeup classes since you will be so far behind on the syllabus.

Torts, Amazing professor. Her handouts will get you through the course without even reading the cases (only during crunch time). reading provides good examples. She gives many practice exams, but the exams will prepare you for her real test and the comprehensive exam at the end.

All I have to say is don't bring study aids to her class. She's read all of them. Rely on the materials she gives you and keep up. She's Amazing. Don't get behind in torts. It may seen overwhelming in the beginning but it all comes out in the wash. She helps you get there. Hail to the Queen of Torts, Constance Fain.
