This teacher is the most exciting teacher I've ever had. Mr. Perry will do whatever it takes to make you understand. You'll want to write down the topics he screams out, frequently they are extremely important. He has a great sense of humor, good case studies to share, and really is there to help the student. Keep teaching Mr. Perry!

This man is fantastic.If you go to class take notes that he says to take ... study them... you will get an A. He is very smart. Tells a lot of real life storys that contribute to what he teaches so you have a better understanding. When something is important he will YELL! hes awesome!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a great guy. He is incredibly smart, much smarter than someone teaching at nova usually. Furthermore he does not need to teach as he is a very successful lawyer and business man. I feel he does this out of truely benevolent reasons though hed never admit it. So take his class follow his instructions and you will love him.

Hilarious, great prof. Talks a little fast sometimes but helpful and will repeat as many times as you want. Knows his stuff cuz he only worked in the feild for the last hundred years :). Pick him!

He's a real smart buisness man and REALLY loud, but people seemed to have alot of trouble in his class. It was probably excessively hard for a 100 level class, but I got an A (I think I was the only one). Reccomended if you're into learning about buisness. He's got alot to offer, but it's not neccesarily easy.

Dr Perry is an awesome Professor. He knows a lot about his field and wants his students to know everything about Business Law in order to "keep our asses out of hot water". I have applied his teachings to my personal life and WILL hire him as my attorney.

MR. PERRY IS AWESOME. GREAT TEACHER AND HILARIOUS. HE WILL SAY THE CRAZIEST THINGS YOU'VE EVER HEARD FROM A TEACHER. EX. - "AT MY AGE, STOCK SPLITS ARE BETTER THAN SEX"! HE MAKES EVERYTHING VERY INTERESTING. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF FOR SURE. HE DOESN'T MESS AROUND WITH THE MATERIAL. NO HOMEWORK.

He really knows real estate.Great class to take even if you dont want to get into the field.No out of class work but to read the book. The class itself and the material is a lot to learn but he makes it fun and interesting!
